You researched. You hired. You test-rode. Now that you’ve found the right bike for you, what happens next?
We’ll discuss with you your exact requirements and send you a detailed quote. For every order placed with us, we’ll ask you to put a £250 deposit.This can be made in person or over the phone.
If we have your bike in stock – and we do have many – all we need is to build it to your chosen specifications (gears, seating, belts, type of brakes, colours, locks, lights and other accessories) and you can actually ride happily away within three days of your purchase. If we haven’t got your model in stock, we order it from the manufacturer, most of whom are in mainland Europe and your cargo bike can be with you within 4-6 weeks.
One month or so in with your new cargo-bike, we offer the first service free of charge. Book an appointment at your convenience and we endeavour to carry out a thorough check-up within one day.
