Your first service is free of charge and needs to be carried out within 4- 8 weeks from purchase. This service is an important part of assembly process and we strongly advise you to have it done.
Booking on our website is quick and easy, book it now. We aim to work on your bike while you wait.
What will be checked?
This is usually a good opportunity to go over any questions you may have after the first few weeks riding your new cargo bike.
IMPORTANT: Please note that this service can only take place in our workshop. If you are unable to bring your bike to our workshop we may be able to arrange a third party to visit your home/ office at a cost depending on your location.
