The Babboe Mini-E
is an electric two-wheel cargo bike ideal for city cycling. The Babboe Mini-E has a compact box and is therefore shorter than a regular two-wheeler. Electric pedal assistance allows for easy cycling in traffic. The box fits either 1-2 children or a special Maxi-Cosi carrier.
The Babboe Mini-E is equipped with electric pedal assistance with 8 modes. The Babboe Mini-E is light, short and very agile. With its compact box, riding this cargo bike feels like riding a regular bicycle. There is room for up to 2 children on the bench or a special Maxi-Cosi holder to transport even de very little ones. The Babboe Mini-E’s sturdy kickstand and compact shape allow for easy parking and storing.

All Babboe cargo bikes are equipped with sturdy bins with high panels and, of course, no pointy or sharp edges. Every Babboe cargo bike is equipped with 3-point seatbelts for the children. Therefore, they cannot stand up or fall out of the box while you’re riding. Special cargo bike seats are available for children of all ages. All moving parts of the cargo bike are out of reach of children. Babboe cargo bikes have two brake systems that can be operated independently of each other, allowing you to brake evenly and safely. Safety of the cargo bike for kids is of utmost importance to Babboe.

The Babboe cargo bike is an initiative of Dutch parents. Like many other parents in Holland, they were looking for a comfortable, safe and affordable cargo bike. None of the existing cargo bikes fitted their hopes and expectations and that is why they decided to develop their own top quality cargo bike. In 2007, the first Babboe cargo bikes were realised and sold in the Netherlands. The Babboe cargo bike is now part of the Dutch daily family life.
