Same day repairs, pick a location to book
About our Workshop
A place where many years of experience, knowledge and passion for cargo bikes and bikes of all kinds eagerly awaits yours. Our mechanics will provide you with a rough quote prior to any work. Our labour charges do not include parts. All our services come with 3 months warranty.
Book your service online
The workshop is typically booked about one week ahead, this will be slightly longer in peak times of the year such as in spring and after the summer holidays. You can also arrange your service via email or phone but online is instant.
General service is the most common type of service, we recommend this to be done once a year. Use Basic service if you thing your bike only needs a tune up and no major repairs. Other service is simply a one hour slot, use this if you have a specific issue you would like us to work on. First service is reserved for newly purchased bikes only.
Dropping of your bike
We aim to do all repairs at a scheduled time, please be on time as any delays will have a knock on affect on other customers’ services. Similarly we aim to finish the repair of your bike on time but due to the nature of our work this is not always possible. We will call you on your mobile to inform you of any delays so please be sure you are reachable.
Experienced mechanics
Apart from cargo bikes we service all other types of bikes such as electric, dutch, hybrids, folders, road and so on. We diagnose, repair and stock parts for E-bike motors from Shimano, Azor, Bafang, Yamaha, Brose, Pendix, Bosh, Promovec and more. Hydraulic, drum or roller brakes, internal hub gears, wheels are the kind of things we fix on daily basis. Our shop is located near the city centre, walking distance from Euston, West End, Camden, Regents park, Marylebone or Primrose Hill.
Picking up your bike
All of our repairs are done the same day, we assume you will collect your bike same day too. We can store your bike up to 24 hours but please let us know. See below the expected durations of individual services.
General service 2.5 hours
Basic service 1.5 hours
Other service 1.5 hours
First service 30 – 40 minutes
Emergency repairs, bike recovery
For emergency repairs, we are able to arrange a pickup of your bike anywhere in London with as little as 10-20 minutes’ notice. This is a paid service but may be well worth the money in some circumstances. The repair itself may not be done on the day but we will do our very best to fix your bike as soon as we can.

We aim to do all small repairs (punctures, adjustments) while you wait and most other services within 24 hours. In busy periods this may stretch to few days.
