The best cargo bike shop in London is looking for exceptional sales assistant. Established in 2012 and growing fast. Our activities and ambitions are beyond those of a usual bicycle shop.
Requirements
Love cycling and be excited about the potential of cargo bikes in London.
Eager to develop a distinct knowledge about our products to provide expert advice.
Enjoy helping customers choose a bike to suit their needs, expectations and budget.
Able to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in which customers will enjoy exploring our shop, talking about bikes and having fun test riding them.
Thorough and well organised in their approach to work.
Job description
Engaging with customers online, over the phone and face to face.
Managing all appointments, queries quickly and efficiently.
Maintaining a clean, organised and great looking shop front.
Keep up to date with the cargo bike market worldwide and cycling in London.
