Refund and Returns Policy

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. If the item has already been dispatched then please see our returns policy. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you received the goods. Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are customised or built to your specification. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. To exercise the right to cancel, you must contact London Green Cycles Ltd and notify us of your decision to cancel your purchase. If you wish to return goods or cancel your order you can do so via email: info@londongreencycles.co.uk, or call us on 020 7935 6934. You must include a clear order reference or sales receipt and your current contact details. Deposits are non refundable however can be turned into a store account credit and used within 12 months to purchase other
goods.
When returning the goods to us you can do so in person in one of our stores or by other means at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse you the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.
London Green Cycles Ltd reserves the right to make a refund less any costs relating to loss in value as a result of damage, mishandling, or other devaluation through use of the goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Refunds shall be made within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
