This Christiania Taxi is being sold by the owners. It was bought new from London Green Cycles in April 2024, and is being sold by the owner as he no longer has a place to store it.
This is a unique bike which is suitable for the transport of large kids and adults of all ages and abilities, including seniors. It was specifically designed for Cycling Without Age to enable people with limited mobility to participate in cycling, and has a droppable front plate for an extra-low entry.
It features a large, cushioned front bench with a max load of 150 Kg, suitable for 2 large kids or adults to sit side by side, plus an additional 100Kg weight rating for the driver.
It has 8 internal gears, with mechanical disc brakes on the front and rear.
