Our range of bikes comes from 8 different countries, 14 manufacturers. Generally speaking the warranty of your frame and other structural parts such as the box is 3 – 5 years depending on the manufacturer. Mechanical parts such as derailleurs, shifters, wheels etc are usually covered for 1 year.
Each bike is sold with a warranty leaflet where warranty information specific to your cargo bike can be found.
In addition, we have a 1 year in-house policy which means we will repair any faults free of charge, unless caused by misuse or accident. If you ever need to make a warranty claim, we’ll be there to assist you.
