Coronavirus: Keeping you and our staff safe
In order to ensure the safety of our customers as well as our staff, and as we continue to observe the required distancing, we have put in place the following measures:
All visits to our shop are by appointment only. Once at the shop, you won’t have to enter our premises at any point.
- Our staff will be wearing gloves and mask for the duration of your visit.
- All cycles will be disinfected between test rides, hires and any other uses. This process will be repeated as often as necessary.
- For payments, we would appreciate if you paid by card rather than cash.
From Saturday 16 May, our opening hours will revert to our regular hours, :
Tuesday to Friday: 10-7pm
Saturday 11-5pm.
Sales (test rides).
Test rides are conducted in a traffic-free outdoor space at the back of our store.
- Please book an appointment using this form.
- We will prepare the cycles in advance and you will not need to enter our premises at any point.
- All cycles will be disinfected after each test ride.
- Although not a requirement we will appreciate if you remain cautious and wear a face covering or mask during your visit.
- Everything else will be the same as before this crisis, including having fun in the process!
Repairs
- We encourage you to book an appointment using this form as the workshop is very busy at this time of year.
- We will inspect your bike by the workshop entrance, in the outdoors and you will not need to enter our premises at any point.
- We aim at doing same day repairs unless we need to order replacement parts.
Hire
- Please book your hire using this form.
- You will be required to pay in full, in order to make the booking.
- Your cargobike will be cleaned and disinfected before pickup.
