A Motor That’s More Powerful – And More Natural

The powerful STePs motor is perfect for hauling what you need, where you need it – including heavy loads on hilly terrain. The powerful EP600 Cargo motor can provide up to 85Nm, maximum torque of 85Nm and max-peak power of 500W. JoyCube integrated with Samsung/LG cells, (40×21700 cells; 36 V) 20Ah or 720Wh in capacity. The battery recharges quickly and can be charged while it is mounted on the bike via an external charging port.

In addition, the torque-sensing motor automatically adjusts to suit you, for a safer, more intuitive riding experience. The harder you pedal, the more the motor helps – so it won’t jerk forward when you’re peddling slowly in a busy pedestrian zone, but it will give you all the power you need to feel like that last big hill before nursery isn’t there at all.

The Christiania Straight M1 features a spacious, versatile front cargo box designed to carry up to 4 passengers or cargo with ease. It comfortably accommodates babies in a Maxi-Cosi carrier, toddlers in a Toddler Seat, older children, and even adults seated on the bench when the rain tent is not in place.
The Straight box is fitted with either a Hard Bench on the rider’s side and a Soft Seat on the other. The Hard Bench offers lockable storage and can be removed to create a flat cargo area, while the Soft Seat provides more cushioned passenger comfort and flips up when carrying larger loads. Both options allow the rain tent to be folded away and stored on sunny days, keeping the cargo area clear and tidy.
Finished in durable, high-quality automotive paint, the cargo box is built to withstand daily family use. It resists rain, scratches, mud, and scuffs from little feet, and is easy to clean, helping the bike look good for many years and retain strong resale value.
With internal dimensions of 88 × 62 × 50 cm and a maximum load capacity of 100 kg, the box easily carries prams, shopping, backpacks, or larger cargo alongside passengers. A lid or soft cover can also be added to keep contents secure and protected from the weather.
